This website is operated by Shot Glass List LP, the producer of GRIM (“we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you join our email list, we collect your email address, your first name if you choose to provide it, your confirmation that you want to receive updates, and the date you signed up.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web host and the service that delivers our fonts receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page that referred you. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tools or analytics cookies on this site.

2. How we use your information

We use your email address and name only to send you production news, announcements and ticket information about GRIM. We will not use your information to market other productions, and joining this list is not a request to receive investment or fundraising communications, unless you separately agree.

3. Service providers

We use trusted vendors to run this site and our email list. They process information only on our behalf and according to our instructions: Netlify hosts this site and stores the sign-ups submitted through it, an email service provider stores our list and sends our emails, and Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above and with members of GRIM’s producing and marketing team who need it to send you updates. If GRIM moves to a new producing entity, for example for a future production of the show, our email list may be transferred to that entity, which will remain bound by this policy. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while you remain subscribed and for as long as we have a legitimate need to send you GRIM updates. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we don’t contact you again.

6. Your choices

Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly.

Access or deletion. Reply to any GRIM email to ask to see or delete the information we hold about you.

Do Not Track. Because we don’t track visitors across other websites, this site doesn’t change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

7. Visitors outside the United States

If you live outside the U.S., including in the European Union or United Kingdom, we rely on your consent to send you marketing emails. You can withdraw that consent at any time by unsubscribing. Your information may be stored and processed in the United States.

8. Children

This site and our email updates are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Security

We use reputable providers, limit access to our list to people who need it, and protect our accounts with multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
